What is the shelf life of fermented vegetables? Can you make these in bulk? It seems these fermented items are made as one jar at a time.
I do make most of these in bulk. Each one has a different life span. Sauerkraut can last beyond six months in fridge. All last at least a month. Beets last longer for me, the mango’s only a month. The garlic last longer.
