A perfect batch of whey after curds were strained out. The color of the whey gets more clear after a few hours of settling. It will always be this color, just less cloudy. If your whey ever starts to grow mold after it’s been in the refrigerator a few months, throw it
out. Rarely does mine grow mold, but once in a while it does.
